The ridge vent was installed incorrectly and we were charged for a drip edge that was not installed. Owner will not return our calls. We entered into contract with Insurance Restoration Group on June 4, 2014 to install a new roof on our existing home. The work was completed in one day by a team of foreign workers and we were not happy with the ridge vent. We contacted EJ Ford (owner) and he sent someone out but the it was still not done properly.
