Insurance Nation has horrible customer service. They leave you on hold for over an hour only to hang up on you. They only work with insurance companies that are scammers. They don't work to get you a low insurance premium, they only set you up with insurance companies like United Auto Insurance Group to lock you into bad insurance contracts that make you pay more than you need to. I called this company and was on hold for over an hour while 1st in their cue. Do not waste your time with company they have terrible customer service and simply don’t want to work. Call any other insurance brine as there are many options and other companies who do work.
