This insurance company is horrible. I know they are out to make a profit, just like everyone else, but they are making a lot more off of me because of their shady practices. It is very rare that I have a claim where they actually pay the whole thing. They always come up with some excuse not to pay something. If this wasn't the company my work used and I could get the money they pay them added to my paycheck, I would drop them in a heartbeat for another company.
