Contacted Diana and wasnt able to reach her by phone. We connected through email and provided her with the information she needed. She stopped replying to my emails even though I followed up asking her for an update. I was ghosted which I find very unprofessional and strange that a medical insurance broker will ignore you, let alone not follow up with a reason to not being able to help. Will not recommend!
