I had a great agent Hannah when I started with them but after that 1st initial payment to start my insurance in March of this year things started to go downhill. My rate changed because of info that didn’t concern me but someone else in my home BUT NOT ME AND THEY WERE TOLD THAT IN THE BEGINNING. So I had to pay the up charge because I need insurance to drive. So e took that one sent paperwork in to prove it wasn’t me and would’ve done that if was told to do so but anyway.
