I was with the owner of this company when she was on Bustleton Avenue in Philadelphia in a Farmer's insurance agency and she was excellent. Then she moved down to State Road and the service went downhill. She switched from Farmers to Erie and I am sorry I moved with her. I stayed with them for years because Erie Insurance will not let you change agencies if you are not happy with the agency you have. Since I liked Erie I put up with pure incompetence.
