From start to finish, Insulation Labs kept their promises. Jorge came out to do the estimates and actually stayed engaged til the very end, coming out several times at our request to inspect and review collateral damage. The team that cleaned the attic and put down the insulation was run by John, who was also professsional. They were careful in their prep and because we have older plaster ceilings, there was cracking which they remediated quickly. Insulation Labs' quote for insulation removal & replacement was comparable with other quotes. What put them over the top was their willingness to keep the area clean like limiting dust throughout the house or hauling stuff through the home. Also their ability to start the work quicker than other companies. The house seems warmer now, compared to how drafty it was last winter.

My husband and I were looking to fix up the attic since we had old insulation and some cockroach issues. We'd heard good things about Insulation Labs after my sister used them last year so we called them to take care of the attic. The team at Insulation Labs is very thorough. They knew right away that we had previous pest issues without us informing them. Excellent service right from the technician who came by to give us an estimate on our attic insulation removal, to the hardworking installers. We had rodents getting into our attic space and needed it cleaned and proofed. They offered reasonable pricing for the clean out & insulation removal. Office & inspection technician were very polite & helpful in walking us through our attic renovation process. On the day of installation, the Insulation Labs crew showed up on time. They took before photos, made a dust barrier to keep our house clean, removed insulation, cleaned up debris from the insulation, installed new insulation, and took "after" photos to enable us to compare what our attic looked like prior to the work. We called insulation labs after speaking to 3 other companies. We were impressed with the knowledge and customer service provided by their amazing team, as well as the additional services they provide. We had found rat droppings in our attic so we needed someone to take care of that as well so We went with insulation labs. They did a great drop. Insulation Labs is amazing! They were so easy to work with from start to finish. The office that set up the inspection and insulation installation date was polite and very flexible. The installers arrived on time and were quick and did a great job. They left my attic cleaner than it had ever been and didn't even dirty the rest of my house. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

At first this company seems reasonable in pricing and caring when it comes to the workmanship and customer service. They agreed to offer me a payment plan. They even had the owner of this company call me to confirm. During this time, keep in mind I just bought a new home and was under much pressure to move in and have things in order for my kids and wife to move in with new insulation etc. After I missed a call or two from there billing department, the calls and text and emails began with threats to me and my BRAND NEW HOME.... read more

Attic Insulation LABS is beyond amazing, not only did they provide attic cleaning, insulation replacement and rodent proofing, which is extremely important so that they don't come back but they also were able to get rid of the rodents in my attic themselves. So I didn't have to hire an outside exterminator as well. They did everything without a problem and in speedy time. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
