I've have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Adam (estimator), Angel (coordinator) and the crew that was sent to my house to get the job done. Due to a severe rodent infestation I was forced to split my project into two days. On day number one they cleaned my attic from a 40+ years old insulation covered with rodent feces, years of dirt accumulation, and roofing junk from an old roofing replacement. From my first communication with Diana at the office, through our meeting with Mo the inspector/sales rep who visited our house, and all the way to the completion of the work done by Pastor and his crew, I had an outstanding experience. They were all prompt, punctual, professional and courteous. The work was done on time, within budget and to the highest standards. My house was left clean and the work was completed within a single day as promised. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

efficient, did not leave a mess, and seems the whole attic sufficiently covered; they took into account and packaged around the whole fan and around the access to attic; courteous. the only thing afterward was question if some of the cost could be deducted from income tax as cost efficiency....I have received calls recorded messages that some efficiency is deductible if you qualify.

The Technician, Jacky, who first came to the house was fabulous. He explained all of the steps necessary to clean, sanitize and add new insulation to the attic. The workers who came to do the actual cleaning arrived on time and were very conscientious about keeping the house clean throughout the process. I would give them five stars had I been asked to inspect the attic at the end of each step. I had been told they would be doing that. Our Sales Consultant, Jacky, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. Thus, I expected the project to live up to the standard he set. IT DID NOT. We signed the contract and were advised that it took about 2 weeks to file for permits with the city and we would be contacted once that was done to schedule the work. We received 0 communications for 2 weeks and then a person showed up at our house to take measurements. I asked him who he worked for and he could not give me an answer other than ... read more
