While in Ely for several days, we stopped in to Insula for dinner and loved it so much we went back for another dinner and a lunch. They have a great selection of craft beers. My husband is a steak guy and watching him enjoy his 16 oz ny strip w bernaise sauce was pure entertainment! He did miss out on the Bison Prime Rib which is only offered weekends but we heard it was fabulous. I enjoyed their homemade vegetable soup, quinoa wild rice salad w mushrooms and eggplant sandwich. Hard to order something other than the fried chicken sandwich because it's the best, but the corned beef hash was deliciously on point yesterday. Your hash browns are the best! Thanks!
My husband and I went in for our anniversary dinner. We have great service from Shonna. The food was great and the atmosphere is just want we wanted. Highly recommend insula
