Please don’t give your phone number to these people! I have been receiving up to 5 phone calls per day from InStyle Solar after specifically requesting on multiple occasions that they remove my number from their database and never call again. Weeks later, they continue to call.
RecommendedAbsolutely brilliant Customer Service, in the after sales department. I had changed my home modem/router, so the system wasn't connecting to my WiFi. David from Instyle Solar talked me through it as well as emailing me 2 YouTube videos to show me.
Highly recommend!! Joel was informative and honest so it was an easy decision on who to trust but what happened upon installation is the reason I HAVE to recommend Instyle Solar. Whilst installing the panels, the team noticed that my neighbours roof had a cracked tile. They took pictures and let me know to inform him but they took it further! I would highly recommend InStyle Solar, from last 2 years I have been looking for one to be installed, finally saw their add on Facebook, friendly sales rep Clive visited us spend fair enough time, answered loads of questions, recommended me the right one for my house, Etc. Then 3 weeks later installer came and installed it properly, they were very friendly, guided me step by step with mobile app. I am happy, let’s hope for the best in future with “0” electricity bills 😁. With so many solar suppliers on the market we were keen to choose one with a good solid background and reasonably priced, and Instyle fit the bill. Bryan Adams, our consultant, was thorough and followed up every step of the way. The installers were professional and efficient. Would certainly recommend Instyle Solar !
Service is very Bgrade! we had a rep come to our place, sold us a "u'beaut" massive 22panel bla bla! when the installers got here- they said they couldn't put them on our back verandah roof as it won't hold.. tht was fair enough .. so We rang our rep to arrange a different/lesser package/panels etc.(obvoiusly the price would drop) ..but we were still keen! ..we have been waiting for a return call since end of April!?!? Would highly recommend InStyle Solar the Installation process was so easy right from the first contact with Kathy went very smoothly. Great company to deal with installers very pleasant efficient and knowledgeable.
