Firstly had appointment booked and confirmed, 9am on the Tuesday. 9.30 rolls around, no consultant... Called head office was told that they didn't have my unit number in the system and secondly there was no one attached to my scheduled booking and that they would get back to me shortly... Well some 48+ hours later I get a phone call back... Should be outofstyle solar if you ask me....not to mention they lost two deals not just one..
I had a good experience, the rep was polite and on time. The price was competitive and I got all the info I requested and a bit more. Installation was done on time and the team that did it was friendly and professional. All good for me, I would recommend them.
Thanks to Bryan's expertise and information, we were happy to proceed with having solar installed. It only got better, the installers Nate and Mike excellent from the start of the process to the end. Thank you Instyle Solar.
Hugo at InStyle was really informative about solar and I had panels on my previous property. Panels are so much better than they were years ago and affordable now. When he showed me the cost and that those savings were going to pay for the panels it was a no brainer. My panels are all up and working and the installation team were fabulous. InStyle solar has been fantastic from the initial consultation to install. Had the guys out today to do the install. On time. Professional. Explained everything. So great. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I had spoken to 6 other solar companies. InStyle was by far and away the best for customer service.
