I scheduled an appt. with Tom to get a full set but he scheduled someone else in my 11 o'clock spot, and told me to come back the next day at 11. I show up for my apt. the next day at 10:50 and again he had booked my 11 for someone else. As I was walking in the door he had told his client that I was not there yet!!!(I was 10 min early!!) What is the point of scheduling an appt. if your appt. is just going to go to someone else. I had Henry for a pink and white fill and absolutely loved him! He was very good, and pretty good with time as well. It was a good fill and it was not badly priced as well. He was also very nice and friendly. I also had Mindy for a fill and she was great too! She was very gentle, and extremely nice. She also was very good with time management and making sure I was content during the process. Loved them both!
