RecommendedService and selection are top notch. That Mike guy’s kinda sketchy though.
So this store is pretty bad -a$$! Everytime I have come in to look or play a few of their trumpets, I have always walked out with something new and felt confident on my purchase. You cannot beat most of their prices and I have always been treated with respect and patience. My "go to" place for all of my trumpet playing needs.
It would be extremely difficult to find a music store that matched the level of personal attention, knowledge, and selection that I found at your E. Speedway location. I'm incredibly impressed! Wally was wonderful to work with, thank you so much!
Customer service is impeccable! If they don’t have something, there’s a good chance they can still get it for you! They treat you right! Great experience every time I go there.

These people were discriminating towards my friend yesterday. The excuse they made up to deny accountability in this matter was not a valid one (he wears two layers of clothing and there were no othet customers in the store). All in all, these people are classists who treare my friend like dirt for looking homeless. They are dirt. Do not shop here.
I am a guitarist and guitar teacher. I've sat in campfires with American legends, I've been paid handsomely to write about the guitar, and I ultimately have an undying love for music. Reviewing the security tapes, I see that you weren't there, as Chuck arrived alone and left alone. You may or may not have seen the pictures Chuck posted on FB of the giant holes in his pants (the pants had no seat to them). Imagine those pants... riding low on his waist because no belt... so they were LOW... imagine the inner pockets weren't placed in such a covering manner (they were splayed open)... and imagine no underpants.
