How do you fire a manager for doing the right thing morally for his employees and actually having a soul and not caring about profits? The manger cared about the staffs health due to fires!!!!!
I know the only way to compete as an independent brick and mortar is to outshine GC and online sales with staff, service, and showing the locals you care. I could just say it was dumb to fire PJ but I only need to point to 90% of the positive reviews this store has gotten in the last few years...from going above and beyond, supporting local events, and having excellent knowledge. ALL of that is under the leadership of the guy you just fired because he knew it was cruel to keep the doors open during the worst fire this town h... read more
Only went there to support Pete, he was super supportive off the whole musical community: as he was fired for trying to support his staff as well in regards to safety, I will no longer support this place
They fired Pete for making safety the number 1 priority for his staff and customers. For that, they’ve seen my last cent.
