I’ve been to see Dr. Laura for several issues over the years, and she’s always professional, helpful, and incredibly effective at solving whatever problem I’ve come in with. Can’t recommend her and InStride enough!
My experience with Laura was really great. She explained every step to me and gave me the options base on my budget and my needs. 10/10 recommended.
I went to InStride to get new orthotics in preparation for a planned multi-month hike. Laura Desjardins was very thorough in her assessment, doing gait analysis, having me do various exercises to measure muscle strength and flexibility, identifying several areas where I need to strengthen, giving me exercises to work on, and factoring in my extreme hiking plans in her assessment. Laura was absolutely AMAZING! She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly took the time to address every single one of my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. She even set me up with a follow-up appointment specifically to review the types of shoes I should be wearing, which means so much since I’m on my feet all day for work.
