Ok so I am here with my hubby and the employees are going over patient demographics and other personal info with the patient right next to me in the waiting room. Not up at the desk away from other patients, not in an office or consultation room or exam room, but right here next to Me and other patients waiting in the waiting room. So did the HIPAA privacy laws change? Or do they just not care and don’t follow HIPAA patient privacy at this office?!?! They practice deceptive and creative billing. No matter how much you as a consumer verify and educate yourself about charges they find a creative way to send you bills. When you dispute the bill you were told plainly and clearly that they will send you to collections and attempt to extort more money out of you. Big thanks to Dr. Contento for working my 10 year old in on a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day. Now he can swim and play his final baseball game next week pain free!!!! Also drawing a picture and explaining the procedure in kid language made for a much less scary experience. 👏👏👏. Also the front desk ladies were super nice and friendly.
As a runner battling plantar fasciitis for over a year I had tried everything home remedy I could find to no avail. I finally visited InStride where Dr Kirlin put me in custom orthotics. Within 2 weeks my pain was nearly gone and I was back to running. Now 3 weeks later I have no heel pain at all. I’m amazed and very thankful for Dr Kirlins treatment plan. I highly recommend them. I wish I would have gone there sooner.
