The doctors here are fantastic (and I absolutely recommend them) but twice now, they have forgotten about me in the waiting room. It’s like the receptionist forgets to put my paperwork in queue. People with appointments after me were seen and left before I even made it out of the waiting room.
If I could, I would give this practice a zero, but only for the customer service and front desk personnel, Dr Younce was fine. First, my insurance is under Atrium and I found this practice under my BCBSNC insurance online as an in network provider. Unfortunately, only the doctor is in network, but they were in a Novant building which I did not know. Worst place ever the staff is horrible. They are not well understanding of any situation. They are not coordinated into their time of you being late. Some people say 10 minutes other say 15 minutes there is not a good communication of that. Another thing is the stuff is very rude and is right away telling you I’m gonna reschedule you for next time. And if you are at exactly that timeframe, they decide that you’re late they’re gonna reschedule you. The doctor will not see you.
I received excellent care at InStride and would recommend this practice to anyone needing help with their feet. The staff are super nice and friendly. Dr. Neil Younce did a great job explaining my foot issue and ways to improve it. I just returned from my three-week follow-up and am happy to report that my foot feels great! I cannot recommend this practice and the team enough.
