Excellent care
Great experience! All the staff is so friendly and helpful! I arrived early as it was my first visit, I was checked in and taken to the exam room before my actual apt! The Doctor was very informative and has a great sense of humor!! Love the staff!
The staff and Dr. Ezeuiro were very professional but also friendly and informative. My feet always feel better after treatment.
The billing process is very deceptive. When I called to make an appointment for my Mom, I specifically asked if they accepted Humana. The lady said “yes, we do accept Humana.” So, I made the appointment. Later, my Mom received a bill from Instride Carolina Podiatry Group. When she called Humana to see why they didn’t cover the bill, she was told that Instride Carolina Podiatry Group is not on the network and they know it! They’ve had billing issues with them before.
