One of the worst customer service experiences of my life! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. My husband and I recently moved to San Diego and had to store most of our belongings in the storage unit here. They had a TERRIBLE rodent issue! We had mice tear up our mattress, rugs, clothes, shoes, and personal belongings. When we moved out, three mice ran out of our storage unit. Great Facility for Costa Mesa or Newport – First this facility is right on the border of Costa Mesa and Newport. I used their FREE move in truck and it made a move into a storage space so easy! This is a great facility and the manager is extremely helpful
