Is there such a thing as zero stars out of five stars? If there is, then the employee answering the phone @ (956) 627-3600 gets zero stars. Neither would she share her name with me, neither would she let me know the name of the Office Manager. It seems as in order to get an appointment scheduled you have to get passed the person answering the phone. I am sure Dr. David Cooper is an excellent pain management doctor.
