My brother is/was a patient here. We have been trying for over a month to get someone to respond to his medical records request. He has relocated and is now in withdrawals because these POS “doctors” have just left their patients to drift. This is why we have a drug problem!!!! I am reporting you to the Department of Professional Regulations and to the board of medicine.

#1 pain management Doctor, bar none!
Update: I am done with this clinic. Despite the greatness of the doctor, I do not have time to deal with his staff that can't seem to get anything done. Over it! My star rating is based on the doctor and not the clinic. I see Dr. Florete and he gets 5 stars. I have had SI joint pain for 9 years. Another doctor figured out what was wrong with me finally 3 years ago and I was getting injections. By the time I came to Dr. Florete, the injections weren't working and he suggested radiofrequency ablation. It worked like a charm. I... read more
The office manager who is responsible for approvals doesn't return phone calls I filed a grievance through my insurance they don't return phone calls and it takes too long to get a injection I would never recommend this place
