Has anyone else had problems trying to contact IPM, for appt &/or procedure, during June 2018? Was told months ago, they were moving to new location, near JTB, & I'd have to go there for next pump refill. I've tried every prior phone #, but told Verizon customer not available at this time. New # says call cannot be completed as dialed. I'm moving to OK in 4 wks, need pump refill before July 11th, & I cannot get ahold of ANYONE at IPM!?! I have no idea who to contact? Cannot even find Dr in OK yet, that'll deal w/my pump. Pum... read more
Having hip surgery on Jan. 11, and the doctors don't care that I am in so much pain. Medication stoped working last week and is refusing to chang meds. Have been in agonizing pain for over a week now. Since in contract cant go to E.R. for any pain medication at all. I like how the laws make you go to this places to get meds. And they don't care about helping. I guess they are making enough money from big pharm. to care.
so Disappointed can't even begin to put in words the disgust I have towards the office support staff on Sunbeam Rd
