They always are behind and have you wait for over 1 1/2 passes your scheduled appt. the check out ladies are always rude.
Really don't know what the point of having appointments are for since they are always an hour late!
I have been coming here for years. Dr. Casiano delivered my babies . One of the best in this practice. I have brought many cousins friends to his office but now since IFWH. Is all over San Antonio more my family and friends are able to visit this practice they are a good group of doctors.. I now see dr. I have been coming here for the past 6 years. Dr. Victor Casiano helped my husband and I have our first child since I was having fertility issues now I am pregnant with my third baby. Best group of doctors and I have never had an issue of not being seen on time. Sometimes I get seen earlier than expected!!
Great care from Dr. Suris n all the girls in the office are awesome caring ladies. Today I spoke to a lady in the Finance Dept., she was so nice n helpful. THANKS INSTITUTE FOR WOMEN!
I have been coming here for about 10 years now and I have always loved it. The past couple of times I have come, I have had to wait over two hours to see the doctor (and these are just routine checkups). One time I got there and they were so far behind that I had to reschedule my appointment for another day because I wasn't going to wait 3-4 hours. What is the point of having to schedule an appointment if I don't get seen until two + hours later. I work all day and then to wait two hours to see the doctor. I'm not heading ho... read more
