Dr. Carroll is the best! I have been going to see her for years and years. I was also able to be with her throughout my entire pregnancy and she delivered my son. I am so glad she was there through it all and I will definitely be going to her for my next pregnancy. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the back office staff. They are really rude during check out. This really needs to be addressed because it brings down the whole experience. But other then that I love it here.
I love my doctor, Dr. Troy worked with me and my husband to help conceive our son! In the 13 months it took of medication, he was funny, caring, sympathetic, and gave us an overall fantastic experience. We plan on going back to him for our second child and would recommend him to anyone looking for an OBGYN
No children allow... why??? Don't make any sense... smh
I've been coming IFWH for 18 yrs. My OB is Dr Victor Casino. Love him an all the staff so very friendly an willing to help out right away if something is wrong���
3 hour wait and no acknowledgement or apology from the staff. Doctor was the only one who said "sorry about delay". She was nice and gave orders for another exam but I need appointment. I don't want to go back plus pay for parking. I had been told about 1-1.5 hour delay; which I was semi-ok with.
My Dr was awsome love Coming here staff are great
I'm so happy I picked this office to go to to take care of me and my first baby!!! No complaints whatsoever and I recommend this office to any one
