Customer service is terrible 😑. I called to make an appointment. I was on hold for 7 minutes. Then she comes back to the phone and says she new at appointments. Then put me back on hold. Then I call back to talk to a manager but that did no good either. I see why they have an 3.2 on reviews. I will take my business somewhere else.
I found the staff and Dr extremely helpful during my visit. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Everyone was so unfriendly except I can give a little credit to the check-in secretary was a tiny bit friendly. The tech who did the eye exam and Dr. Ware were so rude. She didn’t even look in my direction with even a hello. When I asked a few questions, she answered as if I was an idiot. She didn’t even provide a greeting for my 3 and 5 year old who were her patients! She should stop taking pediatric appointments since she clearly hates being around children. They wer... read more
I appreciate being answered by a person and not having to listen through an exhausting menu. The staff and doctor's have always greeted my family with a smile and they were very helpful in getting my insurance questions answered.
I am very pleased with the staff! They are all very professional and friendly. I have been coming here for a few years now and i will continue to come in the future. They make you feel very welcome and safe.
