I guess the doctors are okay but everyone else is either understaffed, underpaid, or on a permanent lunch break. This review can change once service improves but honestly, they’re about to force my child into antidepressant withdrawals with the lack of care or resources. I do not know which cause is producing this issue, but the result is all the same to me. My child has been going here for a year and half. I have to call every month for a refill (no problem) but half the time it’ll have you leave a message for refills. Before you can talk it constantly hangs up on you. The pharmacy had so much trouble to get a hold of someone from the facility. That they have to result to have to call them and try to speak to someone. The person that does eventually answer the calls for refill is very rude.
