I have been seen at four different practices over the last twenty years. None can compare to Upstate (except negatively). I was usually one of 3 to 4 patients being seen by the same therapist at the same time. At two different practices I was doing assigned exercises during my appointment for weeks before someone noticed that I was doing them incorrectly. At Upstate Physical Therapy, I have one therapist, whom I can usually see for each visit during which I am the only patient, receiving 100% of the attention, instruction, a... read more
