Natacha is a horrible person. My mother was mistreated by this company and passed away. Dealing with Natacha wasn'tnice to my mom dying from cancer. Keep your family far away from her. When my mom died she made sure to throw away most of her stuff and had two men sitting there making jokes and laughing as we were grieving. Normal complaints were dismissed. I'm writing this Google review in hopes of warning others.
