Consistent, long term use pays off, and Dr. Nicole is always on top of the "total skin care" objective, from providing a custom treatment plan to recommendations for UV protection and more.
If you are looking for a practice with reliable communication, keep looking. I attempted to get information on a laser service during business hours, only to be hung up on and then ignored when I tried to call back. They seem to rely on texting rather than actually speaking with patients, which feels very impersonal for a medical setting.
Katie was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling from my first interaction with her. Dr. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about her patients and achieving the best results.
