I can't speak on anyone else here but Dr Cara whoever could not have put less effort into my care. I've had somewhat unsuccessful chiropractic visits in the past but Cara is far and away the worst. all she did was the most basic adjustments and I was gone. no suggestions for exercises, no digging into the root of the problem or even locating it. on the second visit I indicated that it didn't help at all but she just did the same thing and I was out within like 5 minutes. a week out from the second visit and my upper back and... read more

Top notch facility and staff. Mike was very attentive and helpful, answered any question I had with an in depth explanation. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for top quality care.
I've been going here for physical therapy for my shoulder. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything, and truly cares. I would recommend the Institute for Athletic Medicine to anyone.
