Absolutely amazing staff!! Theyre so kind, funny, and respectful. Would absolutely recommend instinct over any piercing shop. Edit: It’s been 7 months since i got my piercing done (and fixed several times) and I now had to get it removed as I found out they pierced it completely wrong. It was way too close to the surface so it would not heal properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I had booked a group piercing for October 15th with 3 of my friends who are all new to Kamloops, and the whole process was entirely welcoming and thorough! We got to meet all the piercers and were given a thorough walk-through of the different jewelry for each piercing, aftercare, and had an incredible experience being pierced by Ken! He was super lovely and hilarious; I'm surprised he put up with us and our constant blabbering lol. I’ve gotten 5 piercings here now and everytime was lovely. The staff are caring and I love my little juice box after!
