My 7 year old got her ears pierced at Instinct yesterday. We had such a positive experience! They talked us through everything, and were so kind and gentle with her. Her earring placement is great and she’s been showing off her new earrings to everyone. Thank you, Instinct! Everyone we interacted with there yesterday was friendly, professional and supportive.
Great shop! Ken did my lobes a couple years ago and my conch today. Extremely happy with the experience he brings and he did a great job on placement. All the staff are really helpful, friendly, and professional. They always have the perfect recommendation for jewelry. Was not expecting to get the style of jewelry I ended up with (in fact I had ruled it out completely) but it looks amazing and I love the piercing even more than I thought I would because of it.
