Absolutely amazing staff!! Theyre so kind, funny, and respectful. Would absolutely recommend instinct over any piercing shop. Edit: Do NOT listen to them when they say to clean your piercings with a q-tip. I didn’t know any better and did so as they said and it caused an irritation bump to form and not subside. I decided to go to 2 other piercing places for a consult, both of which said cleaning with a q-tip is one of the worst things you can do to clean it as it causes lots of irritation and movement. Beyond impressed with this place. My 10 year old daughter had her ears pierced today, and every step of the process was handled professionally and friendly. Very welcoming space as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone
