I got my navel (belly button) pierced yesterday with 2 of my friends and the experience was just as awesome as I was hoping. Not only were the staff professional and kind, but since it was my first piercing, they explained everything I needed to know about pain levels, cleaning and aftercare, as well as comforting me with my jitters! We were able to do a walk in appointment for all 3 of us. Overall, my experience was 5+ stars due to cleanliness, positive experience and enthusiastic staff.
My 7 year old got her ears pierced at Instinct yesterday. We had such a positive experience! They talked us through everything, and were so kind and gentle with her. Her earring placement is great and she’s been showing off her new earrings to everyone. Thank you, Instinct! Everyone we interacted with there yesterday was friendly, professional and supportive.
