I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place! I went in to get a rook piercing and it was the most pleasant experience. It was so clean, the vibe was so chill, and literally everyone there was so kind and helpful about any questions. Definitely want to go back for more piercings!!
My 4YO daughter recently had her ears pierced at Instincts and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in the doors we were made to feel comfortable and informed. I appreciated how involved my daughter was in the process and that her consent was top priority. We were so happy all around and highly recommend Instincts for any piercing needs !
I had short notice for surgery, tried ordering piercing retainers on Amazon but they didn’t come on time, living 3.5 hours away I reach out to Instinct via email, quick responses, was willing to wait for my brother to get there to get them. Made surgery a lot easier being someone who can have jewellery out for 15 minutes and they start caving in. Could not be more thankful!
