I've had a few piercings done at instinct over the years and service has always been great, they uphold sanitization standards so you don't even have to think about it. Great vibe.
Had an absolute top-notch experience at Instinct Adornment. The entire team was incredibly patient & helpful as I picked out jewelry & figured out the best placements for my ear piercings. A huge shoutout to Ken & Kayla—Ken was so kind, reassuring, & patient throughout the whole process, & Kayla was amazing at helping me curate & perfect my dream earring stack. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Definitely going back to them for my other ear!
Amazing service start to finish! I initially visited the shop to look at jewellery (they have ALOT to choose from) and talk through my options for a triple conch. The staff were passionate, knowledgeable and kind. Once I’d picked out some jewellery I was interested in they provided me with a quote for price. Kayla was amazing with my peircings today! So incredibly patient and informative. The space is very clean and calm, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a positive peircing experience.
