What a great bunch the staff at Instincts are! I really enjoyed my experience there.
I’m really disappointed with our recent experience. I took my 5 year old daughter to have her ears pierced 6 weeks ago. She healed beautifully with the original longer posts. No swelling, redness, irritation, or discomfort at all. At her downsizing appointment, shorter posts were put in that sat completely flush against the front and back of her ears. Within a few days, her lobes became swollen, irritated, and discolored. We sought a second opinion from another piercing professional, who told us the posts were far too short ... read more
Had such a great experience. Firstly I walk into a beautiful large clean space, next I was greeted by kind staff members that had very good communication skills, telling me in great detail in regards to what I should expect with before, during and after care. Gorgeous selection of piercings!
Kayla was so helpful, took time to ensure we loved our jewelry, and understood the teaching! Thank you, we will be back!
