Drove one hour and 30 minutes to get my son seen and the office is closed. Please update your hours of operation. Google says you are open until 6:15 PM. I got there at 5:20 and you were closed. It’s very frustrating.
Came here because it was the only ortho place open on a Saturday. Drove 40 minutes, arrived more than 30 minutes prior to closing, stood in line for 15 minutes without being acknowledged before everyone in line was turned away because they weren’t taking more patients. One of the women in line in front of me called ahead of time, drove from Buckeye, was assured she would be seen, and was also turned away. They need to do online scheduling if they aren’t going to actually take walk ins.
8/30/25 8:16am drove all the way here for treatment and place is empty. No sign or special hours just ghost town. Standing outside with 3 others needing treatment. Thanks a lot
Initial visit with Dr. Eccles for my knee. I was very impressed with his answering all of my numerous questions & was not rushed. Am sold with OrthoArizona in South GIlbert with all of their staff- from front desk to MA's. Thank you Dr. Eccles for more than I can express...........
