I made an appointment at the Fairfield facility and received three email confirmations of the time/place. When I arrived, the place was dark and the door was locked. After the phone rang about 30 times, a representative answered and informed me that the facility is no longer in operation. Why would the system allow me to make an appointment and send me multiple confirmations if the facility is closed?
Had a great experience. Was in and out in less than 20 min. No provider, so it would be best to call before you go.
Easy access for Covid testing, and the medical professional understood my requests for details required for overseas travel.
Scheduled an appointment and everything and no one was there. I am sick and I need to see someone.
