Extremely disappointing experience with this clinic’s front office. Being given incorrect information about a physician’s status is unacceptable! It creates unnecessary stress for patients who rely on continuity of care. Providing false or misleading information about a physician is not only unprofessional but undermines confidence in how the entire practice is run. I was very happy with all the personal at this clinic. They are very quick and efficient when working with clients. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. The doctors are very good at explaining and take their times with their patients. The front office staff are very organized and professional. Even the security was amazing I definitely recommend this clinic 10/10!!
