This business is crooked and i made all my payments for every month and they repoed my car just this last sunday saying we owed money which wasnt the case. I have put alot of money into this business and car for only them to take my car unethethicly and wanting the full amount to regain ownership. now granted if i was 3-6 months behind i wouldnt be filing a complaint but since seeing that i am not and they still want all this money, they are out of their mind if they think im gonna pay that amount. Cannot discuss customers payment history, but per contract if customer is late, we have the right to repossess the vehicle.

Instant Auto Sales has never done anything but help me out. I make my payments on time and they have helped me with occasional issues on my vehicle saving me thousand of dollars in work. You couldn't find a better group of people in my eyes.
They are a joke. No matter how much you put down they will scam you, over charge you and sell you a vehicle that IS a LEMON!! I'm paying double the price for a vehicle that I have put hundreds of dollars into. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! Do not recommend no matter how bad your credit might be.

NEGATIVE experience had issues with the truck i had from day one it was an 05 dodge ram 1500 slt quad cab 4x4 and i had a trade in at first i was told i was gonna get 7500 for my trade in then they failed to tell me that i was only gonna get 5500 for it the 05 was special price 9995 and they put it down as 10,995 test drove the truck and everything seemed to work as should then came all the problems less then 20 days into owning it the headlights quit working due to poor wires and then tried to put it in 4wd and the whole co... read more
