Bought a car from them and they gave me a voucher in case had to get anything done to the car and I did end of having too and they refused to honor the voucher when I brought it to them
I genuinely appreciate Brandon and the staff at Instant Auto. I have purchased several cars from them. I eventually gave them to family members, except for the mini van. After building credit with Instant Autos credit builder program, I purchased a new car from a big dealership in Athens. Sadly,after spending over $20,000 on a NEW car, I didn't receive the same help ,as I do at Instant Auto. Brandon and his staff,treat me like I matter and not as a commission customer!
