We had IAS’ service just recently. The fix was quick and the fee was quite fair. Fantastic service
Our experience was superb. Our HVAC system wasn't functioning properly and for some reason, the air wouldn't blow through any of the vents within the house. At first I thought that some animal has gone into the system and blocks the flow, but couldn't validate it alone. I called this company and arranged for a time. Behzad's arrival was punctual and shortly after his arrival the issue was found (it wasn't an animal and no blockage) and the system started working. Our experience has been absolutely terrible, Behzad came to our property along with a coworker around 8PM and was installing the AC until past 1AM. Our point of contact Tony was the one who worked alongside Behzad and his colleague to install the AC. Now we have been trying to contact Tony for over two months as the AC stopped working and there has been no response despite the AC being under warranty. Behzad has advised he no longer knows Tony.
Great service. He explained everything clearly and was very patient and took his time to do a quality job
