Behzad is an excellent technician. He made an extra effort to schedule the Air Conditioner repair on a short notice. He arrived on time, did the needed repairs at very reasonable price. He explained what exactly the fault was and what parts were replaced. Extremely professional and an honest person.

Our experience was superb. Our HVAC system wasn't functioning properly and for some reason, the air wouldn't blow through any of the vents within the house. At first I thought that some animal has gone into the system and blocks the flow, but couldn't validate it alone. I called this company and arranged for a time. Our experience has been absolutely terrible, Behzad came to our property along with a coworker around 8PM and was installing the AC until past 1AM. Our point of contact Tony was the one who worked alongside Behzad and his colleague to install the AC. Now we have been trying to contact Tony for over two months as the AC stopped working and there has been no response despite the AC being under warranty. Behzad has advised he no longer knows Tony.
