Our experience has been absolutely terrible, Behzad came to our property along with a coworker around 8PM and was installing the AC until past 1AM. Our point of contact Tony was the one who worked alongside Behzad and his colleague to install the AC. Now we have been trying to contact Tony for over two months as the AC stopped working and there has been no response despite the AC being under warranty. Behzad has advised he no longer knows Tony.
Great service. He explained everything clearly and was very patient and took his time to do a quality job

He is very professional, educated , on time, patient I called him on weekend for AC, did not work, he figure out the problem, replace the part, easy and quick, his price was reasonable, We are sooooo happy to have Instant Air Solution
