I brought my iPhone in to have the screen replaced. It wasn't cracked, but there were two big white lines in the middle of the screen. After taking it in, the man told me the reason the screen was malfunctioning was from the battery getting hot and expanding from the inside. I got charged for a new battery & new screen. No big deal. This was the 2nd time I used them the first time my screen fix lasted for ever it's still not cracked but this 2nd time my screen cracked in less then a week of being fixed and I didn't even drop it and I paid $100 so I wasn't so impressed this time but they do fix it fast
