Phone wasn’t charging properly, had to wiggle it or have it at a certain angle to charge. Took it to get the port replaced, gentleman was so nice he offered to clean the port first before having to replace it. Cleaned it and worked like a charm, saved me some bucks and time. So well deserved 5 plus stars.
I brought my iPhone in to have the screen replaced. It wasn't cracked, but there were two big white lines in the middle of the screen. After taking it in, the man told me the reason the screen was malfunctioning was from the battery getting hot and expanding from the inside. I got charged for a new battery & new screen. No big deal.
