I never leave review but this is unacceptable. Left is what I wanted and right was what I got. She asked at the beginning if it was French tip I agreed yes and then proceeded to do what is pictured on the right . Ive seen reviews were the nails look like literal insta nails but this is nothing close to that seemed like it was her first day . Then my thumb is dirty that is not my personal dirt it's cured into my nail. This is insane.
