Absolutely horrific experience. They moved furniture of poor teacher and would not unload the truck until she paid extra $1,500 for delayed, rude and unprofessional job.
This company is not professional. They didn't come look at my inventory and they didn't ask for pictures. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. They told me 430 dollars they come to my house and the workers didn't wanna lift my things because they were to expensive and big. If you tell me 100 an hour then it should go by the hour not by my things.i told them I didn't have that and that's 3 times as much. RUDE, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL!! 1- they give you a cheap $90 an hour rate and tell you it is a great deal they are making an exception to later charge you for rolls of tape at 10 each that they never used. I got charged for 4 rolls ( I have moved more than 10 times I had everything ready! They were taping crap that was already packed just to charge me $40 bucks for tape. they charge for stairs $99 each location they charge for any glass furniture and packing material to cover the glass. $55 for furniture I would have easily thr... read more
