This place is BS and takes advantage of women. After having my wife stop in for an oil change in which I expected to pay no more than $50 or less they tack her with a $94 bill. She was told her car took an extra quart of oil than normal cars. WTF is that about. Then they double charged her just to top off her coolant. I recently came in for an Oil Change on October 1st. I was just glancing over my receipt from them. Not only did I get charged for the Full Service Oil Change (34.95), but I was also charged for the High Mileage Oil (Valvoline Maxlife 5/30), this is understandable because it is not the standard oil being pumped through the overhead hoses. I was ALSO charged an EXTRA charge of $15.00 as a High Mileage Oil Charge. What in the World is THAT charge for?? I was leaving on a trip down to Florida and stopped at Insta-Lube to get my oil changed before I left. Not only was it timely, but the guys even went a little above and beyond. They looked at my tires and noticed a nail in one! They sent me across the street where I was charged ZERO to get a plug put in my tire. Great experience, thank you!!
