Waited for almost over 2 months to get a call back for an appointment to use my benefits before end of the year and every-time I called I felt ignored because they wouldn’t answer me. This really felt like a 5 star place to me but really isn’t. They ignored me - made me waste my time by not being able to use my calendar benefits. I had to replace a crown and I was in and out of the office in about an hour and a half. Great work by Dr. Hanna.
Mizuho, the hygienist, is wonderful, in my opinion. The only reason that I am not giving five stars is that when one goes for tooth cleaning, Dr. Hanna does not see you. I asked about this at the end of my appointment and was told that he would be seeing me the next time (in six months).
