Terrible first time experience! Staff gave an appointment over the phone. I also confirmed right before leaving my house and despite that, when I arrived I was denied service because they had given me an appointment incorrectly. Will never go back.
Just had a great experience at Inspired Nails and Spa! Vy did my pedicure, and she gave me a really great pedicure and a foot massage. I got a gel builder chrome manicure with Kate, and she was fantastic. One of the things I liked was that were extremely gentle and meticulous when using the drill. I'm very sensitive, but they did an amazing job. My daughter also got a Gel X set, but with lots of designs on them. Definitely, I will go back.
