I moved my dad into the Memory Care unit at Bella Mar and I was impressed with the care provided by ShellyAnn, Angela and the Memory Care team. ShellyAnn and Angela both go the extra mile to assist my dad and ShellyAnn and her team keeps him clean and engaged throughout the day. The rest of the staff care for the residents well and show their concern for each individual. Bella Mar is a WONDERFUL community! We have entertained there many times and the atmosphere and ambience are extremely welcoming, friendly and warm. The staff are so professional - we are friendly with John, the Executive Director, LaNell, the Sales Director, Cody, the Activity Director and Emma, his assistant. We are always greeted with a smile by all of the Receptionists (Susan, Bella, Tina, Helene and Jackie) which means so much and I might add, is not the norm. The decor is Beautiful … the staff Professional and Personable , the level of care Outstanding … we visited 10 different assisted living communities… Bella Mar is Genuinely superior in various ways to the rest !
