Slow, unresponsive and unethical. Sold me 1,350 of services she never even provided. You just need to look at her waiting room to understand, it's literally covered in ads of things she is trying to sell you.
I have never had such care and consideration. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Houtman. She takes as much time as you need to work with you for personally tailored care. I have been able to be seen or spoken with the same day to resolve urgent needs.
