I have recently started working with Inspired Healing and specifically Jessi van der Laan. She is very supportive, a fantastic active listener, and the calm sounding board I needed in my life. I highly recommend considering this group and Jessi for anyone seeking therapy/mental health support.
I went to a silk fan dance and movement class. It was more of a work out than I anticipated but such a great experience! I feel rejuvenated and excited to explore this new way to move my body after surgery. Highly recommend
I really enjoyed the silk fan dance therapy. The instructor showed us new moves, gave great individual tips, and we each got our own performance moment! I can't wait to come back again.
