This is a great tribe of fitness. I love this place!
I like that this training center is clean, the music is not deafening, and the equipment is in great shape. Lisa is an excellent trainer; I appreciate her ability to really understand and respond to my individual needs and goals. I also appreciate owner Jennifer's input and encouragement. And Amira is helpful and compassionate. They are all strong, caring and inspiring individuals who are helping a great many people.
