A molar just cracked right off yesterday afternoon. Dr. Chen got me early this morning. She did a temporary aesthetics fix and a plan is in place for restoration beginning on Friday. Even though her schedule was full today, she worked me in and gave a very complete explanation of the work to be done. I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Chen and her staff never disappoint!

Had a cavity to be filled, as well as a teeth cleaning procedure. The dental technician was pleasant, and knowledgeable of my dental history & care. Dr. Chen is a highly skilled, and takes great care & patience with patients. So glad we found her practice. 🙂

Ms. Amber, my hygienist, is wonderful. She was very attentive to my concerns and always offered/presented follow-up care instructions in a genuine professional manner. She is very gentle and considerate in her exams and scaling. I will miss her during her leave of absence, but grateful we met.

My experience was very positive from the get go. Everyone in the office seems to work as a friendly and efficient team, and they let me know what they were doing every step of the way. As I do not have dental insurance, the discount given to me was appreciated. Plus, since it was my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a card and Starbucks gift card!.
