I have been seeing Natalie on & off for many years but recently had foot surgery and found her unique holistic approach and knowledge of the body, to be very healing. When needed, she uses a combination of tuning forks, cupping, and therapeutic massage, to release pain and pressure, as I continue compensate one side of my body from the surgery.
I have been to many LMT’s over the past two decades and I can say unequivocally no one comes close to Natalie! I have herniated discs that slip out of place occasionally and my body is sore a lot from intense workouts but she always helps help me feel so much better. I don’t say someone is “the best” at anything but she is the best LMT I have ever had by a landslide!!!!
I am SO thankful to have found Natalie. She is more than a massage therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is excellent ! I highly recommend her hands down!
I have been going to Natalie since the end of 2017. I had a small stoke and was evaluating my stress levels and decided to up my self care. I consistently go to Inspired Bodies and her work is amazing. Her knowledge on mind, body, spirit is inspiring and I leave every session feeling like it was just what I needed it. I love getting massages and it’s a necessity for me now. I am grateful for her expertise!
