I would really like to share my positive experience with Inspired. I started DBT (for the first time ever) back in January and finished around June. I have been in individual therapy for many years and am so happy I tried something new. I learned so much about myself using DBT. Sean, Stephanie, Moe, and Rosalie were my group leaders throughout the duration of my time in DBT, and I must say that they deserve great recognition. The enrollment process was very quick and painless and during my intake it really felt like the therapist was doing their best to pair me with a provider that was a perfect match. I didn’t feel like just a number and in just a handful of sessions I already feel like I’m making progress.

This place has definitely made my mental health worse. If you look back a year, I agree with Brooke! Once you sign a contract to be in the dBT group, there’s no going back! You don’t even get one session to decide if it’s right for you, not one. It’s definitely a money grab. After two session I knew it wasn’t right for me and they would not let me leave.
